Words you'll see (tap to open)
- Entry
- The price where the trade starts.
- Stop loss (SL)
- The price where you accept you were wrong and get out. It caps your loss.
- Take profit (TP1, TP2, TP3)
- Three exit prices, closest to farthest. Some traders take part of the profit at each one.
- R
- One R is the distance from entry to stop loss. TP1 is 0.735R, TP2 is 1.5R, TP3 is 3R.
- Grade (strong, moderate, weak)
- How many of the scanner's rules agree. It is not a chance of winning.
- Edge score
- The ring on each card, out of 100. Higher means more rules agree.
- Chop
- When price moves up and down without going anywhere. Trend calls often fail in chop.
- BUY / SELL
- BUY bets the price goes up. SELL bets it goes down.

Trend feed
Up, down or sideways, for how long, and how strong
Updates twice a day (every 12 hours) on purpose, so the site stays free and fast. It reads 1-hour candles: price above both averages with the fast one on top is an uptrend, the reverse is a downtrend, anything else is sideways. “Strong, moderate, weak” is how straight the move has been (net move ÷ distance travelled). This describes what has already happened. It is not a forecast and not a signal.

Typical scheduleHow to read this: “choppy” means price has been zigzagging instead of travelling (measured as net move ÷ distance travelled over the last 4 hours). The hour bars come from the last 12 months of real candles. They show when each market has tended to be choppier, not a forecast for today. Session opens and data times are typical schedules, not guarantees: check the calendar below for the real release times. In our own back-test, calls made in choppy gold and Bitcoin did worse; EUR/USD showed no benefit from waiting.
